Mrs Qondile Matewa is a seasoned accountant who started her career with Deloitte in Bulawayo soon after high school. Her role at TCZ as head of Finance is both simple and challenging as a result of the times we are living in. Qondile’s role includes making sure that student accounts are in order, keeping expenditure in check, management of budgetary requirements for various college operations. She also works with the College President to ensure that donors get detailed feedback on how their donations are making a difference.
