The President’s Office
The Theological College of Zimbabwe is run through the board of Trustees but the main running of the institution is done through the College President. Currently, Dr Ray Motsi is the College President. The College President is the team leader for the College’s management team. He is the visionary for the college, help to ensure high standards of education, provides and maintains a relationship between church and community with the college. He facilitates high standard of training for students into Christian Leaders for both Church and Society. His office is the main arm of fundraising projects and the publicity of the College.

Dr. Ray Motsi Biography
Reverend Dr R. Motsi is the current President for Theological College of Zimbabwe.
He has been holding this position since 2011. He was born in Harare and went to St Peters Kubatana High School. He is married to Angela and have three adult children. Rev Motsi is a Pastor and Ordained Minister at the Bulawayo Baptist Church. He has 23 years in Ministry and is also involved in the community under Peace Building and Conflict transformation programs. After qualifying with an Undergraduate Degree from UK Bible College of Wales in 1988, he then did his Masters with Pretoria University in 2002. In 2009 he graduated with a PHD in Peace Building and Conflict Transformation. His main interest in research are issues in Peace Building, conflict transformation and trauma healing.
